After 40+ years of holding leadership positions at various corporations, Tom Baughan moved on from his corporate career to pursue his passion for helping people and fixing things. 

Tom’s love for carpentry and woodworking started long ago. He has a BS degree in Industrial Education from the University of Maryland and was training in and to teach Industrial arts.

Over the years, as his family grew, Tom often took on projects to upgrade and improve his home. In his free time, It wasn’t abnormal to find him building a deck or fence, patching walls, or remodeling the kitchen or basement. 

Tom is the first person family or friends call when they have a question about their home. He has taken on many home repair projects, and hopes to build his business by helping Maryland residents have safe and secure homes.
